It is very important to note that the better the quality of your photograph, the more you are going to like the end result. We can make minor adjustments, but if the photograph is not good quality, your end product will not be as nice as we would like. A good rule of thumb would be to send up a photograph that has a resolution of at least 300--and put it on a cd and bring it in. Photos sent over the web tend to be low resolution and therefore they do not enlarge very well. If you have more questions, call.

We are happy to use your logo. If you can send it to us in a good quality file, it will be simple to incorporate your logo into the design. The better the quality of your logo, the easier it will be to complete the order. If your logo requires a lot of cleaning up, there will added art charges.
We can design a simple logo for you that could be used for your business or activity, but there will be art charges based on the complexity of your design.
You are free to email us your logo, but please make sure that it is a good quality copy. If you are wanting us to use the logo on crystal, make sure that you send us the black and white version of the logo. Colored logos require additional work to use them on crystal pieces. It is best to put your logo on a cd and bring or mail it in, especially if your email does not support mailing larger files.
You can send us a photo via the web, but please make sure that it has a high resolution--and that your email supports mailing high resolution photographs. Minimum resolution would be 200 but 300 would be better. The best quality photos come to us on a cd from a camera that shoots high resolution photographs.
UPS and FEDEX are used by Anady's to ship our products. To get actual shipping rates, please click on an item, and proceed to checkout. You will then been given a chance to chose the carrier you desire, as well as the service type (such as second day air, ground, etc).
You are free to send text in the box that is marked for engraving when you check out of the website. We will get back to you with a price based on the volume of text.
We have extensive files for our customers. If you are planning to return to us again for product, please make sure that we know that in the beginning of the order. We will create a file for you under the name that you suggest and then your information will be available when you reorder.
